Bought this as a Father's Day gift for my Father-in-law, i had no idea it would be such a huge success. My Father and Brother-in-law brewed this and brought some samples on vacation. The beer was good and they enjoyed the process and product so much they will be brewing more.
My in-laws are very book minded people so when I purchased this I was thinking I was going to miss to mark. I could not have been more wrong; they live the science aspect of the brewing and definitely enjoyed the beer.

Very simple process with good tasting results. After 2 weeks the beer was ready to bottle. After letting it sit in the fridge for a few days it was great! Reminds me if a Lager mixed with a Stout. Will be buying more.

I didn’t think I’d like the Amber Ale, as it’s not my normal preferred style this time of year (I’m a stout lover during winter) - but it came out very tasty! My favorite so far (though the Milk Stout was also pretty nice)
