Ordered a replacement part for the microwave

I have not used the microwave very much. It came with our new home and we haven't been here long. It has worked fine for quick heat ups. Problem was with the plastic circle with wheels under the glass dish, it broke. I contacted Cafe parts team and they sent me out a new part. It should be here in about a week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased the microwave, double oven, dishwasher, and French door refrigerator all in the matte black. They all perform perfectly and look amazing.

Pro’s - you can control temperature from your phone and monitor usage.
I think personally for the price microwave should be much bigger

Appearance great, performance poor

Microwave turntable makes noise when operating. The door no longer opens. Called for service and repairman showed me how to open by inserting a dinner knife or screwdriver. Latch is plastic. Not cost effective to repair even if parts are available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Quality Product. Never buy it.

I like the appearance of GE Appliances but their microwave quality is worst. This my 3rd GE microwave in 7 years. It breaks every time after their warranty expires. It stops heating and reason is door switch gets broken every time due to heat caused by loose connection of inside wiring. GE should really fix their quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
