This case was the best outdoor case I could find for the Google Pixel 3.

It works very well and protects the surface of my screen, but is not as dust proof as I would like. I can see very small white flecks and a small amount of dust on the back of the phone.

It's too bad modern cell phones still struggle to protect from drop and use. Enter LifeProof. Pricier side, but attractive look for protection. Adds a solid feeling of protection. My typical decision is whether I go with a LifeProof or OtterBox defender. The defender is cheaper, but not as attractive and comes with a belt clip case that just adds too much bulk to the mix. My one gripe with the LifeProof case is that the rubber guard for the USB C port is not very flexible. I also have a life proof USB a to c lanyard cable, and although it works to plug it in, it is definitely a bulky entry on the part of both components. As this case does not have a screen protector, I also invested in a tempered glass, case compatible screen protector, from another brand as LifeProof/OtterBox has at this time not released its alpha glass for the pixel 3. The screen protector I got and the case do not impede each other and I feel my pixel is well protected

I bought this about a week ago and I have to say that the quality of the case is astounding. It seems to hold up quite well. I just need to find a glass screen protector to fit!

I like the case but the ones I have had in the past and I have had many had a full front piece. I prefer that style as it protects the screen on your phone. The new style does not.

This is my 3rd case from Lifeproof. As other cases, went on just fine and does the trick for my new Pixel 3 for around 2 weeks. My only complaint is I wish the flap to expose the power jack had just 1-2mm more to the bend arm so easier to get out of the way, but that is nit-picking, probably as I get used to it that this won't bother me.

Good build quality, seems tough, feels good in the hand. But does nothing to cover the screen apart from the raised edges. This is the most vulnerable bit. Last life proof case I bought supplied a stick on plastic which worked really well. So I have to now buy separately, disappointing.

I feel that it gives ok protection. It is a bit slick. I'm afraid it will slip out of my hand when I grab it out of my pocket. At this time there is no belt clip for this case. It looks great. Just afraid of dropping it.
