Using Nutribullit 900 for ease of use, containers and worked for a while. Cheap seals, blades and can never reach customer service. I finally purchased the twister jar to replace old jar and should have done this in the 1st place. Rocks! Blends so much better than NB900. Don't have to worry about ice anymore. Fits under cabinet perfect & easy to clean. Love it.

Good Product So Far

There hasn't been any recent reviews on this product in a while so I'd figured I'd add my two cents in. I've only had my jar for barely a month now and so far, at about 20+ blends now, I'm impressed. Making nut butter (I only tried almond so far) is a breeze as I consume nuts fairly often. It also does a great job and making dips. I do want to add a caveat though, when making dips/sauces and the like with this jar, you'll probably want to fill up the jar at or near the line as anything above it may cause food to get stuck between the thongs leaving some chunks in it.
The only problem I have is with the design of the thongs. I've found that with only under 5 uses with this jar the inner and outer sides of the thongs are getting scrapped which could possibly be leaving small pieces of plastic in whatever I'm making. I'm REALLY hoping that they improve the design of this feature sometime in the near future as currently, I'm afraid that as I continue to use this particular jar this material will wear off over time. I noticed this with the spatula as well but this could be clearly my fault as I've been using other devices (like knives) to scrap off excess food. I also wasn't quite sure what the red cap at the top of these was meant for (I'm assuming to put more food in) seemed pointless for my usage.
But overall, I'm really enjoying this jar so far. It's great for small recipes. Other than the points that I mentioned I would recommend this to others, just know that the 'twister' attachment may give eventually in the near future.

The very first time I used my bright and clear twister jar to make almond butter, the nuts scratched the heck out of the inside of the jar. I'm assuming all of those molecules of jar are now in my stomach. You really should make blender jars out of glass. Really difficult to clean under the blade after making nut butters.
I was using my full size Blentec blender Wildside for smoothies every morning. The Blendtec Go Fit is more convenient because it blends right in bottle. I bought it so I can take it with me when I travel. It is a little heavy but if you want a strong and durable motor there is no way around some extra weight. Much nicer than the cheap bullet blenders which a doubt would hold up to hundreds of frozen blueberries and ice cubes drinks every year. Buy it right once it is cheaper in the long run.
I am using my blentec over one year, and we prepare smothies, almond milk, protein bars and healthy snacks. I love my blentec and twister and thanks for make my life easier in the kitchen!!!!!
Purchased a couple of weeks ago and really like the medium size. It would be great if the smallest size can be purchased from Blendtec for making nut butters and other uses! Please make it available for purchase, would love to have it.
