Works Perfectly!

It isn't often you follow the instructions and get results like you saw in the video. But with this I followed the instructions exactly, simply pressing a few buttons and twisting the lid as I blended, and the nut butter was perfect. The other day I had apples but no peanut butter. But I found a jar of cashews and 2 minutes later I was eating apples with cashew butter.

Lets get the negatives out of the way... I haven't been successful in making ice cream, even when I follow the recipes provided but its not a big deal to me because it works great for all the things I actually bought it for. I had a hard time with thick things in the regular Blendtec blenders, but the twister jar can whip through all those troubles with ease. I have made super thick hummus, awesome guacamole, almond butter, sesame tahini, and baby food. Its my go to blender for the things I make and I love it!

This blender jar has a brilliant design that really works for thick emulsions like nut butters. I have been using blendtec for 20 years and it's one of the companies that has continued to improve the quality of their already exceptional products over time. Highly recommend.

Love it! Perfect for single serve drinks!

I am so happy I got this! The mini that came with my blender is ok for small jobs. But the reg size is better because it also has a reg gripper lid so you can make single serve drinks. I also like to make almond butter. So far I'm thrilled with the versatility of this and clean up is a snap.

Great Durable Performance After 5yrs

Bought my BlendTec Fit over 5yr ago. Left a spoon in the jug once, forgot and turned it on
Heard a terrible chunking noise and saw sparks flying around inside the jug and quickly turned it off.
Not a scratch inside the jug. It continues to blend juices, grind seeds, grains and herbs to powder and make hot soups, No Problem recommending, I would like to upgrade to the latest model.

I loved crushed ice so the first thing I did with this blender was fill it with ice and hit the crush button. To my amazement, the ice turned to powdery snow!!

Be it known that the twister jar might be the greatest add on accessory ever made for a kitchen appliance, better yet it is for what might be the greatest kitchen appliance ever made, the Blendtec. The nut butter, and pure frozen ingredient ice creams are stellar. 'Nuff said.

I purchased the Twister Jar two years ago and love it. It is perfect for making pesto, raw almond butter and tahini, and anything thick that needs power to make it. Buy this jar and you will use it all the time.
