I have had this on my gift list for years but nobody went with it. So I bought it myself and am I glad. Nut butter and hummus are now a snap and small batch processing is now more realistic. Works like a charm. I highly recommend it.

Just got one for Christmas. I've already made two batches of nut butter (cashew & a variety including walnut/almond/cashew) and a sorbet that was great! The only small issue I took was the nut butter was so think it was hard to remove it all from under the blade, but that just took a little scrubbing. However, it was very easy to remove the bulk with the included spatula.

I never reached for my Blendtec with the sidewinder jar. While this jar is expensive, it made the base usable for me. I found that the volume of food needed to make that wide bottomed jar was not at all practical. The Twister is a good size and works as promised.
