Feel safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So slim and is pleasing to the eye, no big bulky disk on your ceiling, and easy to install, at 73 it was a breeze for me. I feel safe and secure with First Alert. We checked it out it works perfect,I surely will hear it if it ever goes off. Love the 10 year battery won't be disappointed that I don't get to change the batteries every
few months. My most important thing is the safety of my family and myself,I feel that I have the best protection to keep us all safe and sound along with our fur babies who could ask for more. That's what first alert gives to me. Thank you

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the smoke detector everyone needs on their home. The slimmer, sleeker design makes it less obtrusive. It is an extremely easy to install design, all you need is a screwdriver. The long lasting lithium battery means you will not be changing out batteries every few months which saves a lot of money. Its photoelectric sensor makes it a safer choice for every home. With it being able to sense smoke faster and telling the difference between an actual fire or burnt cooking, you are safer. There will be no sleeping through the 85 decibel siren this smoke detector has. It's piercing alarm with arouse everyone inside the home and possibly your neighbors also.

Peace of mind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have needed a smoke detector between our kitchen and dining room for a while, so were happy to receive the First Alert PR710 10 year Battery Powered Slim Smoke Detector with Photoelectric Sensor. It was easy to install using just a screwdriver. It is a slim design and not bulky & noticeable like older detectors.
I like that it has a Photoelectric sensor & a battery that will last 10years, so my husband or I won’t have to climb up & down a ladder to replace the battery every few months at our age!
We are planning to replace the rest of the detectors in the house with this brand, to give us “Peace of Mind”.

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this First Alert Smoke alarm, with it's new slim design . It has no low battery chirps. It does have an end of life warning., but that's not for a least 10 years. It has a patented smoke entry system, which prevents false alarms I trust the First Alert name have them through out my home, all with the 10 tear battery. Always have working alarms in your home...This alarm has photoelectric smoke sensor. Always be safe no sorry have alarms on all floors of you home/It's a small price to pay to protect you and your loved ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this First Alert PR710 10year battery powered slim smoke detector with Photoelectric sensor about a month ago and it was easy to install and I like the fact that it’s slim and has a 10 year battery life. It’s not bulky and doesn’t look bad at all hanging up on the ceiling. I recommend this smoke detector to everyone you won’t be disappointed at all. I plan on buying more and also replacing my children’s house smoke detectors with these they even liked how they look . I’m extremely scared of fires so since they are slim I will adding extras through out the house

Great smoke detector

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good smoke detector, it works well and doesn’t go off for no reason when you accidentally burn food, obviously if there’s a lot of smoke from burnt food it will go off but when you burn something and you can smell it but there’s no smoke it usually doesn’t go off. I would definitely buy more for the other parts of my house to make them all the same brand but this one is a good buy and definitely recommend it. If you are looking for a good smoke detector and don’t like when they go off from burnt food this is the one.

No worries

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in the process of changing all my smoke detectors over to the ones with the 10 year battery. I think every smoke detector that has batteries starts to chirp in the middle of the night. There no worries with this one. Just test it every month and you are good to go. The installation was straightforward and simple to switch out the alarms. The only thing I wish this also had a carbon monoxide detector in it as well. Other than that this does the job. We also haven't had any false alarms either.
