My active, soon to be three years old, grandson loves his ice cream counter. He scoops up our ice cream orders efficiently but has difficulty with using the tongs. He loves to pretend and uses a falsetto voice when play acting. He surprised me the first day when he handed me my ice cream cone order, "Have a nice day!" The counter stays here at Grammy's house. I'm not above bribery for getting time with him.

I saw this new item in an independent toy store just a few days before Christmas. I bought it and returned the other toy I had already purchased for my three year-old granddaughter. This toy has been a hit with not only the three-year-old, but also her older five-year-old sister and eight year-old brother. This was the favored toy Christmas Day and the days after. They have played with this toy for hours over the days after Christmas. They eventually expanded the Ice Cream Counter with other play food items they had and "opened" a shop serving "customers" with a variety of offerings. This toy has not only been hours of creative fun but can also develop a spirit of cooperation when children play with it together. The toy is well made and offers a lot of options for creativity.

Wonderful toy beautifully designed and really fun for interactive play. My 2 year old grandson loved it as much as his 4 year old sister. The different colored and textured ice cream toppings stack nicely making it a delightfully fun stacking toy. How ridiculously hugh an ice cream cone can you make? I must admit that I had fun with it too.
