My 3 year old granddaughter loves this product that we just gave to her as a birthday gift. My only complaint is with customer service. I discussed a possible shipping charge issue with your representative at the time of purchase. She said that she would research my concern and follow up with me which she hasn't despite my second contact with her by email last week. While this is a minor matter, a response to my inquiry would be respectful and appreciated.

My two three-year old grandsons love playing with this. They play being the ice cream salesperson and also being the customer. I've taught them skills like being nice and saying thank you to the customer and they enjoy this so much. It is built very well and the ice cream scoop actually connects to the ice cream and is easy to push the scoop handle to release the ice cream onto the cone or cup. Is worth the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
