My 3 year old granddaughter loves this product that we just gave to her as a birthday gift. My only complaint is with customer service. I discussed a possible shipping charge issue with your representative at the time of purchase. She said that she would research my concern and follow up with me which she hasn't despite my second contact with her by email last week. While this is a minor matter, a response to my inquiry would be respectful and appreciated.
