Hard to Imagine Life Without Diner!

We love this diner! First saw it at Von Maur department store in children's section. It was all set ul and many children playing with it. My little girl (almost 2 years old) loved it there so we bought one for home. Like other reviewers have said, she eats most meals and snacks at diner now as well as plays with it. Very nice.

We bought this for our 2 young grandaughters. They love coming over to play Diner. This piece has so many fun details! The menu, food items, etc are much better than any plastic appliance set you would spend the same amount of money on.

Very over priced and very small does not come with the diner set would buy a normal kitchen set for the price. Put together was very easy even tho my instructions were missing steps 2-12 I made it work Would not recommend to buy

Our 2-year-old granddaughter loves the Star Diner and I think she will have fun with it for years as she learns how to use it in different ways. Right now she loves putting the coin in the juke box and running around to collect it from the other side and she loves sitting on the booth seats and writing on the order pad. Warning! Wipe off any stray marks from the marker that might get on the booth walls immediately. We didn't at first and some of the black marks from the marker wouldnt come off later after they set. We grandparents easily put the Diner together. It took us 2 hours but we are kind of slow. Advice: Don't open the package of screws until you devise a way to keep them organized once the screw package is open because the part #s are written on the front below the plastic bubbles and once you open it they will all fall out and get mixed up. After the fact I wished I had written the part #s on the card board backing and took the screws out from the back by poking a hole in each bubble, but you might figure out another way. There's a parts key, so it's easy to identify each screw but if you keep them together in the first place it's faster. All you need to assemble is a Phillips Head screwdriver and the wrench that comes with the set. We had two screwdrivers and we could each work on opposite ends at the same time so two can definitely work together on assembly. The more narrow screwdriver worked best. It's a very well made playset and easy to put together. No screws stripped! Instructions are great!

I bought this wonderful toy through Mastermind. When I was putting it together and unsure of some parts I called Melissa and Doug and they were extremely helpful. I bought it for my 4 year old grand daughters but all 7 grandkids love it especially my 10 year old granddaughter.
