No support for grand daughter

I contacted your website and asked about ordering additional variegated yarn. I was told you do not sell the yarn along, but it is easily found. I have looked in numerous yarn in craft stores and have never found this yarn. My granddaughter is weaving a Kitty rug for her new pet. It's been sitting on the loom half finished for almost a month. Thanks for nothing

Wrong tools in kit

My niece opened this kit for Christmas and was excited to get started. The wooden needle was the only tool given to weave the yarn. A shuttle would make this kit complete and much more enjoyable. As it is, I had to go out and spend extra money for a shuttle, otherwise she would've given up in frustration. Please add a shuttle, or don't bother frustrating your children.

Potentially a good item. Needs a better way to draw the yarn through. Using the wooden needle is time consuming and not well thought out. Should have a baton or another way the thread all the yarn though in one go.

Instructions are not great

My daughter can use this well until it's time to finish the craft. The instructions give an overview, but don't detail how to do it, so if you are not crafty you are looking for YouTube videos to figure it out. I'm still trying to figure out how to finish the crafty carry all. For a beginner this may not be the best purchase.

We bought this loom rather than a more expensive one just to see how much our children loved it...and it was a hit! My only issue (and seriously, it's not a big one) is that the rainbow yarn is so pretty that I wish they sold extra yarn as an option. My older children wanted to make a "blanket" for one of the littles, but there isn't enough...without replacement yarn, their project will look mismatched. Anyhow, not a product issue, but rather a project issue. Love this loom, and would buy it 100 times over!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very poor instructions

The instructions for taking the weaving off the loom are pretty incomplete. I just tried to watch their YouTube tutorial for more clarification, one of the most unhelpful video tutorials I've ever watched. I would really only recommend this for someone that has a seasoned waver to help the projects along.
