I absolutely LOVE this kitchen but the way it was packaged, the doors moved around which put scratches all over the oven door and the microwave door. Also when I put the freezer door on (the pieces just pop in) it didn't fit correctly so it ripped a part of the back when I snapped in it place. For the cost of the kitchen, I had higher expectations. Other than that, the instructions are super easy to follow (and funny) and it has a ton of storage space for food. Most importantly my baby loves it and other kids love to play with it! I ordered it late for Christmas and I was impressed with how quickly I got it even with free shipping.

Assembly - Pretty easy to assemble. Nice instructions that help with the process. Kudos on the titles for the steps by the way. - One improvement would have been to put the metal protectors for the hinges on before assembling the boards to make it easier to attach. Not a big deal, but just an improvement for what was all in all a pretty easy process. Build - For the price, I was hoping that this would be built a little heavier and stiffer. It's rocks back and forth a little bit for example, and I've verified everything is tight. We've only had it for a few days and out girl isn't too hard on things, however, I can only imagine what an older children would be like, especially rambunctious ones. - The splashing in the back for the stove and sink doesn't properly fit as it's not quite tall enough. When you try to adjust the hooks, you could end up pushing the backing out because the backing is too short to fit into the grove at the top. - There are small brackets that are there to stiffen up each of the hinge points. For whatever reason, they didn't include holes/instructions/bracket for the bottom hinge of the freezer. Seems like that would be a weak point since there is one for every other hinge point that will give after it gets more use. Tore on how to rate this. Probably a 2.5 overall. Mainly worried about how it will hold up long term.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This kitchen set is really nice for the price. Bought it for my 2 year old and she absolutely loves it. We had it for a year now and still is strong. I don't understand why there are negative reviews of it fallen apart. We have no problem with it. Love it
