Disappointing quality change

Hi, I just got the magnetic car loader for my 1.5yo after we hired it from our local library and loved it - the wheels were solid, the magnet was strong, it was really well done. Unfortunately, the one we opened up today, as an early XMas gift, was not the same. The magnet hardly holds the cars, which is very frustrating for my son, and the wheels on the truck feel really woobily and loose. The quality is just not the same which we are very disappointed with :( we still like it but it's just not doing "its" job as well as the older version we had from the library.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
