We got the grocery store for my grandson. Everything went well with the assembly until we got to the refrigerator door. The door would not stay on. After a few times the clip on the bottom broke off. I was looking at past reviews and see that this has been an issue for over three years. Part of the problem is that the spring clip cannot hold the weight of the door, this is why it’s falling off. The clip should be on top of the door and bottom hinge ne solid. I can’t believe after all these years nobody could figure out this problem and fix it. Can we please get a new door with the clip on top?

Grocery Mart issue

Bought the fresh mart for grandkids for Christmas and they love it but the design of the refrigerator door is flawed. Just a little plastic clip that has broken off with minimal use. Very disappointed

Scanner broken

I bought this for my son for Christmas and the scanner has already broken. Pretty disappointed for the price of this it should be functioning. Seems like it’s a big issue with this product.

Not the quality I expected for the price

Pretty disappointed with the quality of this grocery store. For the price I expected better, we purchased it in the fall as a Christmas gift for my 2 year old,along with most of the available accessories and just over 90 days later the fridge door is already broken, the scanner picks and chooses when to work and this is definitely NOT wood. As we also have a younger child, we hoped that this would last a few years for them both to enjoy, at this rate I have doubts whether it will last until next Christmas.
