Ruined Christmas

We put it together Christmas Eve and it was working fine, but come Christmas morning and the sounds do not work. We replaced the few hours old batteries, and still no sound. Disappointment doesn't even cover it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this item to buy my children's love. But when I surprised them with it, THEY HATED IT. The sound stopped working and the conveyor stopped spinning. This is by far the LEAST WORKED ON product i've ever bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a wonderful play set! I purchased this for my niece (3) and nephew (5 1/2) who often come for sleepovers. They cant WAIT to get here now and play store! The quality of this set is great. It took my husband about 45 minutes to put together by himself, he said it wasn't hard at all. I read some of the previous reviews complaining of the battery dying easily, but they must have fixed that because the scanner automatically turns off if not used for several minutes. It is true that the microphone button seems to have no actual functionality but since the kids don't even know what that means, no harm done. All the moving parts work great, and I know they will get years of fun out of it! I, a 34 year old woman, even think it's pretty fun!

Purchase the product back in the fall for my daughter for Christmas. I really liked the product however when we took it out of the box a piece of the wood was broken. My 5 year old still likes to play with it but it affects the conveyor.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It arrived on the 4th day after the order was placed! That alone is amazing given how crazy the mail service has been this Christmas season! [Maybe it was ordered before the real serious crunch time started.] My son tells me it was an easy (albeit 2-hour) assembly with the well-written instructions, that it is a well-made product (which is par for--and expected of-- the brand) and a hit with my 7-year-old granddaughter. Next is the test of time. I sure hope it endures for another future grandchild or 2 or 3 or more.

Not too difficult to put together. A couple of inner pages fell out of the instructions and I didn't realize that I went from step 9 straight to 14. Slowed me down by about 20-30 minutes before I figured out what the heck I was doing 'wrong'. The birthday girl loves it so worth the bit of aggravation.

This toy is exactly that: Memories and fun with your kiddos! Rather you have a daycare or are a parent/guardian/grandparent; this is absolutely a toy worth the purchase!
