I bought this 3 years ago for Christmas for my 2 granddaughters. It is the most favorite toy in their play room teens even fight to play with it! All pieces are still working to this day and it get used daily! The second favorite toy is the Diner made by Melissa and Doug it is great also!

Not happy with "fridge door"

I would have expected the fridge door to be more sturdy and stronger like the rest of it. The door broke within the first 24 hours of playing with it. I would recommend to a friend but tell them to not attach the door.

Our 4 year old grandson loves it! He had played with one at a friend's house and we knew he would like it. It took his granddad a bit of time to asemble, although watching the You Tube video was helpful. It is well constructed and should last for his little sister who is just 2 months old now!

First i would like to say how nice and helpful customer service was. My purchase ended up getting stuck because i put in our P.O Box instead of our physical address. The customer service rep actually contacted UPS for me and gave the correct address. The set up/ put together was super easy ,direction was very clear. My 4yr old was super excited. I know this will bring joy to her for a very long time.

I just set this up for kiddos yesterday & its so cute! the fridge door broke immediately, my 3 yr old wasn't even rough with it.

Best assembly instructions I've ever seen.

The labeling of all the parts, hardware and the assembly instruction manual for this item we're phenomenally good. Kudos to whoever edited the manual. The parts were high quality and fit together very well. The absolutely only negative and reason I didn't get five stars was that the credit card scanner mechanism that uses a magnetic wand to wipe clean the signatures does not work very well. I lightly wrote a letter on the screen and after many many many wipes with the clearing wand you could still see part of the letter. I suggested my daughter ask for a replacement part to see if this was defective.
I would recommend this to a friend!
