the Conveyor belts worked for two days can't seem to crank it anymore. The money draw is very hard to pull in and out. Box was all dented and some of the wood pieces were also still did my best to put it together but not what I expected from Melissa and Doug

My kids love it but it broke shortly after being opened

We bought this another version of this my child for her birthday, shortly after opening the scanner and register broke. We changed the batteries several times and still doesn't work. I reached out to the company in hopes they will fix this issue! Hoping to hear soon!

I bought this for my 4 year old and he is having so much fun with it!! I'm envious I didn't have one when I was a kid because the features on it are so cool. It was a really well-thought out design, and he loves the scanner and credit card machine. I love how it has a built in cash register and conveyor belt. Fun for all of the kids and great for the imagination!!!

We got this for my daughter for her fourth birthday last year. She will be five soon and still plays with it and loves it. Assembly was time consuming but all the pieces were thick and sturdy and the holes for the screws were aligned perfectly for a great fit ! My daughter loves scanning the food as the scanner makes a beeping sound. That's her favorite part of it. And signing her name on the pad as well. The conveyer belt glides nice and smoothly as well. We also got the money kit that goes along with it. That helps her learn how to add change up and what coin and bill adds to. (Ex: penny is one cent, dime is ten cents.) we love this product and would definitely recommend it. :)

I would buy again IF fridge door is sturdier

I purchased this kitchen before Christmas and put together by myself. Instructions were easy to understand. Finished product was a hit with my kids. However after a week of play, the plastic tab on the bottom of the fridge door broke off. I tried glueing which only worked for two days and it had broken again. Now their "feeezer" section is no more. It's very disappointing considering the price of this item. It should be sturdier. They didn't slam the door open either, they simply opened it, and it snapped off.
I would recommend this to a friend!
