Was easy to assemble and parts went together exactly as instructed. Very sturdy; there will be many hours of creative play for both grandchildren ages 2 and 8. The only thing I would improve upon us the register key pad; the scanner beeps but the keys do not and our little guy was frustrated when he pushed the keys and no noise came out! Otherwise, we all love it!

Do not recommend for child care

I bought this item for a Child Care Center that I recently opened. This item is not for commercial use or to be used by a traffic of children. It's too fragile and not sturdy at all for children. Within the first week all the grocery store food was chipped and it looked old. The pen broke off. The wood is very cheap and chips if handled incorrectly. I spent a lot of money on this and I am very disappointed. I would only recommend to people with one child.

Conveyer belt broke

My son used this for two days before the plastic that surrounds the conveyer belt broke and makes the conveyer belt totally unusable. We thought we'd have to throw the toy out, but was very happy that we called customer service and they were happy to send us out a new conveyer belt free of charge! Very happy with how the issue was dealt with!

It has so much detail. You must buy accessory set but worth it. I wish I had it as a kid. I bought this as my kids big Christmas toy. I stopped buying small cheap toys that just go in the garbage. Less but more quality.

Absolute waste of money. The belt will not go in properly and is not useable. I bought this for my sons birthday. This is sickening knowing I spent all this money for something not to work properly.
