Nice Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop works well. I like having five eyes instead of four. The reason for the three stars and is that the knobs are kind of in the way. They're at the front, and so I can't just slide something off of it. Also, the large eyes are on the back. That's what I usually need when I'm cooking, so it would have been more convenient for them to be on the front. However, I saw all of that when I bought it, so it's really my fault. It does, however, work perfectly.

I like the quick heat up.i like the indicator light warning the top is hot.

Can you give me a mixture or brand name of a cleaner you would recommend? Will the cooktop hold up to sliding pans across the surface?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and looks nice too. Like the burner layout. Use the big burner a lot with big pots of soup, stew and canning. Only bit of downside is it's harder to clean than my old metal exposed cool cooktop. You can't just wipe this down with a wet dish cloth.

Wonderful Cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooktop in March and the first one was damaged in delivery so another one was sent to me. I received finally the last week in April. It was well worth the anticipation. I love it. It cooks faster than the coil electric stove I had previously, but I am learning how to cook on it. I love how easy it is to cook on it and most of all, I love the feature that lets you know the cooktop is still hot/warm.

All of our new kitchen appliances are part of the Frigidaire Gallery family. I could not be happier with my purchase. The stove heats quickly, cooks evenly and is super easy to clean and maintain. Even after cooking with hot grease or accidentally spilling something on the burner, I am able to easily clean the stove top and restore its shine in just a few short minutes. I have a large family-every dinner feels like I am cooking Thanksgiving Dinner, the stove top handles it like a champ! I have no regrets going with the Frigidaire gallery brand of appliances in our new kitchen. I could not be happier!
