[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third refrigerator since 2010 with the same problem: dripping water from door ice maker plus ice cubes come out wet; dripping water, We are frustrated beyond belief and have paid out of pocket for 2 expensive refrigerators. We do not have any trust in this product and need to review this once again with someone in your corporate office!!

Dissappointed - Not cold enough

Really was expecting More

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] drawers come off track and are a pain to re-install, filters seem to be time based, now way we used that much water. Still trying to figure out the shelf arrangement, nothing really fits anywhere.

ice makers do not work!!!!!

The two ice makers in my refrigerator have never worked and are still not repaired. I have waited over two months for repair. Why would I give this refrigerator a good rating?????

Very Attractive Refrigerator with Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Electrolux EW28BS85KS refrigerator. I had a lot of trouble with the ice maker in the previous 2 models and had them replaced under my warranty agreement. Because I liked the design and look of this refrigerator so much I decided to try the model one last time. Electrolux has finally redesigned the top ice maker and providers dealers with a new kit that appears to have solved the problem. So far so good. Gone are the loud noises and frost buildup. I hope this fix is permanent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this frig. It's roomy and very effective storing everything. I only have one little gripe. The upper ice compartment does keep the ice cold enough and it slightly thaws. Then it freezes together so that it doesn't exit easily. I don't use a lot of ice so it's not a big deal to me, but to ice lovers it could be.
