solid -but still not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I would say this is a solid unit. The features are above average and the two ice makers are great.. Our lower unit needed to be replaced less then a month after purchase. I pray that this isn't a sign of things of things to come. The drawer configuration and controls are great. The compressor is a little loud in my opinion but overall I think the unit is a step up form their previous design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water dispenser pools and spill, circuit board bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just six weeks in and this machine is emptied of all its food after a routine electrical work in my house at the circuit breakers. The unit won't hold temp. Company honoring warrantee, but I'm out a fridge!

Replacement of a "lemon" same model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the refrigerator for 3 weeks. It is replacing the same model that we had problems with for 4 years, some engineering issues. It was delivered with dents in two doors so we are waiting for those to be replaced. I wish the control for the door ice/water dispenser was not made of plastic, it looks cheap. The refrigerator sticks out of the custom built cabinets we had made for the original refrigerator when the house was built, lost the nice clean look.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Electrolux Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received Electrolux EW28BS85KS. Was sold that this was a top tiered refrigerator.
The noise from Fridge is louder then any other Fridge I've ever had. The noise only goes away when opening the door. One end of kick plate is off, the doors are unaligned, the crisper drawer hits top shelf when closing and that's after the first two days.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nogoat, I do apologize for any inconvenience and frustration these recent events have given you. Getting used to the sounds from a new refrigerator can be irksome. Normal operating sounds are addressed on page 29 of your Use & Care Guide. While the Use & Care Guide provides general installation and operating instructions for your model, we do recommend using a service or kitchen contracting professional to install your refrigerator. Most of the items you are citing are considered installation issues. I would advise you to contact your installer and have these items addressed by them, if not, the Use & Care guide can be utilized for information. Pages 7 and 8 of the Use & Care guide shows how to reattach the toe grill, and align the doors. It may be that the crisper drawer is not on the glides correctly. Page 24 addresses how to remove the crisper drawers and reinstall them. If you have any questions, please reconnect with us directly for assistance. Have a good day! Ruth

Fridge of my dreams

My only issue is the bottom ice maker is not working I was told it came from the factory with out a gasket? So I am working on getting that fixed.
