Noisy-Sound only poor feature

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with the washer. The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 star is because it takes to long to start washing. You have to stand there pressing the start button for about 5 minutes until it starts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible

I purchased this washer and the matching dryer 6 months ago. Repair people have been here 3 times. The motherboard and wiring harness of the washer blew out after one month. Took a month to fix because repair people could not diagnose the problem. After that the dryer stopped working. The drum fell off the rollers. After 3 months of use. I complain to Whirlpool, I complain to Lowe’s but they don’t care. Sure the CEO’s are playing golf laughing it up as to what suckers we are. Won’t ever buy Whirlpool again, or appliances from Lowe’s.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
