Great Washer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This unit came along with my new condo purchase. The chime it plays is charming and not overly annoying to hear repeatedly over time. The space is full size and easily does a weeks worth of laundry for 2 individuals. Some improvements would have been the ability to decide which way the door opens and a way to indicate if we overloaded the washer with too many clothes or two little. A weight indicator would be nice.

Have had a few occurances with dispenser not draining so will have to make a service call. As well, one load did not spin properly and was still sopping wet. Still happy with the machine.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washing machine in June this year after my Whirlpool duet needed high cost repair. I am sorry I did not go ahead with the repair.
The new washer gets off balanced even if I placed the clothes evenly in the tub.
When it gets to the last spin and says one minute remaining, it has continued to spin up to 30 minutes which has been rough on my clothes. I have had to stop it manually. This has happened several times! I have had the repair person out twice. The control board was replaced and the washing machine balanced. Since then, The long spin cycle has occurred several times so the control board was not the answer.
It is extremely loud especially on spin. My Duet was not.
I have used Whirlpool appliances for many years and this is the first time I have been disappointed.

best size fits to our closet with new features

We bought this washer recently to replace our broken Whirlpool washer which we used for 6 years and also to match the same brand dryer have been using for more than 6 years. We are pretty satisfied especially with its perfect size for our closet and much more spacey inside and an hold more load of laundry. We like its new feature "soak".
