Not a happy customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had several issues with my new washer. It shakes worse than my old one, regardless of the size load, the timer on the washer cycle isnt correct. It will say there are 22 minutes left and go off as done in 5. Or it will say 1 minute left and still run for 10.
I have also had water left over several times where the detergant goes.

The closet-depth design is perfect for smaller laundry spaces, yet it still has a large 5.0 cu.ft. capacity that easily handles bedding and bigger loads. The intuitive controls make it simple to pick the right cycle, and I like that there are plenty of options including Quick Wash and Sanitize.
It runs quietly and efficiently, and I’ve noticed that my clothes come out clean and fresh every time. The stainless steel drum feels durable, and I appreciate the Clean Washer cycle that helps keep it fresh inside.
Overall, this washer is a great mix of performance and convenience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a space-saving but powerful front-load machine.
