It’s sturdy, well-designed, and easy to use — exactly what you want in a washer. The controls are straightforward, and the cycle options cover everything from quick washes to heavy-duty loads.
What I appreciate most is how quiet it runs, even during the spin cycle, and how well it cleans clothes without being rough on fabrics. Energy and water efficiency are big pluses, and it’s saved me both time and utility costs.

Not too happy

Worst Product – Failed Twice in first Month

I purchased this machine in the Builder package, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Since installation, I only had the chance to use it twice before the door sensor failed, showing error codes like E2 or L2. I filed a service request (Job ID# SWCT8494DAD2-1), but it took five days for a technician to arrive.
The technician replaced the door sensor, and the machine worked for only about nine days—again, just two uses—before it completely stopped functioning. Now, it has no power, no lights, and is entirely unusable.
For a product that hasn’t even lasted a single month, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. The repeated failures, combined with the delay in service, make this the worst product I’ve ever owned. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor quality and lack of durability.
I have already contacted the Builder to request a replacement, though I’m not sure what the outcome will be. I’m sharing my experience here to warn others—not to fall into the same trap by buying this unreliable product

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is great, although there is a learning curve to it. When I first started using it, there was a bit of a chemical smell, and that has now dissipated. Does not seem as powerful as some washes that I have used, but it gets the job done!

Washer broke on the very first wash cycle we ran

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer got part way through the very FIRST wash cycle we did and went dead. No lights, nothing. The door is locked and it is filled with water and wet clothes. This happened more than a week ago and we are still waiting for Whirlpool to help us with the problem. We have been bumped to the Resource Team and told it could take 8 more working days for them to respond. The laundry will be ruined not to mention we still don't have a functioning washer. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated.
