Not Wired Correctly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new home and the wiring was not connected from the manufacturer which caused us to be unable to use the product or get maintenance for 10 days
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Frustrated
I bought this washing machine brand new, and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve had to schedule multiple service calls through my insurance, and the same issue keeps happening — the wiring harness for the door actuator fails over and over again.
It’s really disappointing. You don’t expect to deal with this kind of hassle from a new machine. I’ve tried to be patient, but at this point, I just want a replacement. Unfortunately, I think I’m outside the warranty window now.
I’m honestly fed up and wouldn’t buy anything from this brand again. It’s been a frustrating and time-consuming experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
