My first new machine ever and I am bummed

We bought this 11/27/19 I may have been able to do 2-3 loads of laundry where I don't have to unlock the machine and drag out the soaking wet items and rearrange the load and hope that this time it will go into the spin cycle. If I am lucky I will only have to rearrange it once but that is wishing to much. Usually it is at least 2 times. I have tried your customer service and here I am all these months with a new washer that doesn't work...I am furious.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
