Does a great job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this unit almost 4 weeks now and has been used almost everyday. Does a great job and is very quiet. Our previous washer was a Whirlpool also and ran flawlessly for 15 years, that’s why we bought another Whirlpool washer.

Terrible

I have had this washer for two months. Given the number of times I have had to open it at an ongoing one minute to try and unbalance it (including having to wring water from clothing!), I can say this is not a good product. This also includes having proper loads with the same type of clothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My first new machine ever and I am bummed

We bought this 11/27/19 I may have been able to do 2-3 loads of laundry where I don't have to unlock the machine and drag out the soaking wet items and rearrange the load and hope that this time it will go into the spin cycle. If I am lucky I will only have to rearrange it once but that is wishing to much. Usually it is at least 2 times. I have tried your customer service and here I am all these months with a new washer that doesn't work...I am furious.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
