Good washer !

Haven`t had any issues with it so far, unlike the matching dryer which keeps breaking down?

Washer - does not drain

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have had this washer for 7 weeks and it has been very frustrating. Any time I wash a quilt or foot mat or mattress pad the washer does not drain and does not spin the items to drain them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Impressive Machine!

It is much, much quieter and the clothes come out with far less dampness in them compared to my old machine. The interface is easy to use and self explanatory. Whirlpool has been in constant touch since I purchased the machine, so they are obviously interested in their clients and products they sell. Am very satisfied with my purchase.

Nice washer

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I had this washer for a month now and I love it. First time owning a front loading HE washer. I wondered at first how it could clean my clothes washing like it do but seems to do the job. The only issue is it makes a clicking sound when it first starts the spin cycle which began shortly after purchasing it so I will need to have a technician come and take a look at that.
