Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and found that it was easy to use and big enough for our large family’s laundry load. The thing I dislike about this model is the placement of the drain plug.

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful washer. It does a great job cleaning. The only problem i have is when the tub spins slow it hits the door. Not hard. I don't think that's right.
Is there anyway you can send me the 2 owners manual that came with the washer. I misplaced it.

Great features and silent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with my purchase! I’ve had trouble with my past machines at the time of spinning but know my clothes are almost dry at the time the cycle finishes and the fact that is SOOO silent, just love it!

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer & matching dryer when I needed to replace the old ones. I am happy with all the features and they are the perfect size for just me. the one thing I don't like about them is the buttons/screen on the front is a touch screen and if you bump with your hand or lean over and bump with hip it turns on. Meaning the front is VERY sensitive to touch. When putting clothes on top of the washer or dryer it turns on the machine. Other than that this is the perfect washer and dryer set for the money.

Great Washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a few months ago and it was the best decision. It is very easy to use. Now, I use half of the detergent with my new washer compare to my older washer. I do not have to worry about putting detergent every time.
