Endless frustration

This washing machine has caused me endless frustration. The soap level is never correct. I put very small amount of soap on towels and it WOULD NOT RINSE OUT. I ran rinses 8 times and then had to take out the towels and rinse them in the bathtub: NOTHING could get the soap out. Then when I’m washing a duvet, I decide to be cautious and use very little soap. Well before the load is 1/3 done, all the soap is washed out, so there’s no longer soap aiding in cleaning. Also, due to “eco efficiency” this machine puts so little water that all there is are damp clothes rubbing against each-other; next to NO water to reduce friction, which may explain why some people got damaged clothing. The rinse action on this machine is absolutely pitiful. Rinse cycles are short and use little water, and do not work to rinse the clothing. Lastly, sometimes the machine refuses to drain at the end of a cycle, and the “drain and spin” cycle literally refuses to work, so I have to run another wash cycle just trying to get it to spin so my garments aren’t drenched. I have wasted hours and hours of my time doing repeat loads to get things cleaned properly in this machine. I will never, ever buy or recommend a Whirlpool washing machine.
