[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're using pod style detergents, make sure to put them in first so they're less likely to get caught in with the laundry. Adding the pre-soak option also helps ensure the pods break down.

I finally got it hooked up and I'm really pleased with the performance. 4 stars because the spin cycle can be a little loud.

Drum sounds broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased with new condo. Machine is so loud when it spins it’s startling, and it thumps and shakes as though it’s not evenly placed but it is. Noise is disturbing. Drum sways as if broken. Machine was not overfilled or underfilled. I’m sorry I can’t post a positive review.
