The intuitive controls make it easy to select the right settings, and clothes come out fresh and clean every time. I really like the sanitize and quick-wash cycles — they save time and energy.

Not Working Properly

The repair man had to come back three times becuase he was inpatient and not thoroug, but finally saw there was a hole in the drum from rubbing. They replaced it, and I’m afraid it’s doing the same thing. I can feel my couch move on the middle floor when the machine is on upstairs on the other side of the house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

For me it’s new. my last washer was 20 years old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I don’t think that it is spinning very well at the end the clothes still have a lot of water in them. My last washer did a much better job of spinning the water out That way I could cut back on the length of time for the dryer

New whirlpool dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice size machine, professionally installed but does not dry as well as expected. The cycle are very long in comparison to our previous dryer which was made by Frigidaire. Often stops mid cycle.
