Clean Clothes. No problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came installed in my new condo. Kitchen appliances were Bosch, but the laundry was Whirlpool. My brother told me a plumber told him Whirlpool makes good washers and dryers. I like their full size (5 cu.ft washer, 7.4 cu.ft dryer). Been working well, and expect they will continue to perform well in the years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it works good, the settings in the machine seem long for some so I often have to adjust it. The drawer that pulls out to our detergent in feels like flimsy plastic. I do wish it was a bit bigger for my comforter but it gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this appliance this summer to replace an 18 year old Bosch washer. There really is nothing good I can say about the Whirlpool in comparison. Noisy. Incomprehensible controls. Control panel is vertical so I need to bend over to look at the symbols. Can't open the soap tray when the door is open.

I wish the washer had a set of wheels with a retractable stopped - would be much easier to set it in the tight spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the first delivery, it was damaged and had to be replaced. Then, I got the new one and it worked well for a few months until the other day when it just shut down at the end of a load. Now, none of the buttons work, my clothes are stuck inside and the door is locked, so I can’t get my clothes out. I’m getting it replaced next weekend and have a service person coming in this weekend to get my clothes out of the washer that’s not working.
