[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not convinced that front loading washers are as good as top loaders, however, with the limited space I have, a front loader was the only solution. The first few loads in the Whirlpool seem to come out clean and so I was happy. However, after 3 or 4 washes, I started to notice a load sound during the spin cycle. I have since read that if a load is not perfectly balanced, this can occur. I just want to wash a load of clothes, not worry about the weight and size of each item. I have never had to do this before in all my years of washing clothes. I also discovered that I cannot wash a regular bath mat in the washer. It stops during the spin cycle (due to the weight apparently). I was unable to spin it semi-dry and so the bath mat now has a smell and will need to be washed again. I have yet to figure out how to do this in the machine. I am disappointed to find out that I will be limited as to what can be washed, the size of each load, and how clothes will need to be separated and weighted, etc. which ultimately means more washes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer one month ago to replace a smaller washer in my condo. I don't like it, the drum is too big for my needs, I never fill it to more than 1/4 full. It weight the load to find out how much water to add, I don't like that feature. After 30 loads you have to do a clean cycle, after the clean cycle it gave me an error code F8E3. I turned it off then restarted it and it has been fine. The washer itself is too big for the closet where the washer nd dryer are located, I had to remove the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Efficient!

There is so much I love about this machine (quiet, clothes are clean amd have no residue, tells me when I need to run the clean cycle, capacity, cycle options, etc). But hoping the repair gets done and this lasts a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
