Very quite use sufficient water easy program

A Washer That Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Maytag about 30 years ago. Then, moved out of state. That washer was amazing. Kept it maintained and it’s still working, for my sister-in-law. Had to get a new washer and it’s amazing. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think I like it better than my Maytag! It’s easy to use, programming is a snap.

It is quiet and has many options to choose from depending upon my washing needs. So far, so good! My clothes are coming out very clean and there haven't been any operational issues at all.

Whirlpool Front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Problems with door lock. That was fixed. Now we are having an issue with the high spin cycle doesn’t ring out all the water from sheets. The unit is not even a year old.

Poorly designed soap dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and the first thing it did was drip soap on the floor, down the front of the machine, because no one told me it mattered that I couldn't pull the dispenser out far enough to add bleach, after I had added soap. I arranged for service, and the service rep says your tech support people told him they designed it that way. Given that I have to remember to put the bleach in before any soap, it washes clothes well. But this is a stupid design; my old Whirlpool duet never cared when I added bleach. My next washer will not be a Whirlpool
