[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer at the beginning of 2023 and 7 months later it’s still holding up strong. Washes so much better than the old top loader it replaced. I look forward to it serving me well into the future

Poorly designed soap dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and the first thing it did was drip soap on the floor, down the front of the machine, because no one told me it mattered that I couldn't pull the dispenser out far enough to add bleach, after I had added soap. I arranged for service, and the service rep says your tech support people told him they designed it that way. Given that I have to remember to put the bleach in before any soap, it washes clothes well. But this is a stupid design; my old Whirlpool duet never cared when I added bleach. My next washer will not be a Whirlpool
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have is that it really vibrates when it spins. I had installing company come out and they adjusted it but it stills vibrate more than I expected.

Works well, but the washer is so loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer work well, but the washer is so loud when it’s doing its final spin that I worry it will break. Not sure if this is normal or if something is wrong with my washer.
