Great sensitivity for delicate washing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like that it does delicate wash and hardy dirty clothes. It does leave the occasional black spots on my clothes. Please advise how to eliminate this problem.

Squeeking sound

Bought this washer about 5 months ago. Works just fine, but a few days ago it started making this slight squeeking sound when you slowly turn the hub. Some what annoying. Other then that i works just fine so not sure i want to have a tech come over. Anything i can do to fix the problem. I'm sure it's just a little nothing to fix. Thank you. Luis Reyes
