Cheap plastic door and does spin out water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are returning this water and getting another one. Door is plastic and hard to close. If its not closed completely the washer won’t start.
Spin cycle does not get out water when washing small rugs or blankets. Takes hours to finish and its still heavy with water. Waste of electricity and money. Returning it and ordering another - same model. If the new one doesn’t work we will order a different model.

Great Whirlpool Front Load Washer

To complicated for me and my family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before the 30th wash suddenly started to leaking water from the back .
We moved it and checked everything, everything seems to be right, we didn't understood but now all my floor is damaged
After that one day there was water coming out the front door. I didn't understand because if the door is not properly closed it won't turn on
I'm not happy waiting for 2 hours and 17 min for heavy duty extra rinse cycle when my old washer only took 40 min.
For me is a waste of time, I'm always busy, always running, have a big family and to much loads to wash.

F6/E3 Error After 1 Month

Purchased this washer on December 31st. A little over a month later the washer displays an F6/E3 error message and is not working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used it it ended up in the middle of my laundry room, and has not worked since. I have not been able to get any assistance from the warranty number. We had to disconnect the washer and have not used it since. Please help!!!!

Owner's manual could be more specific

For instance why does it constantly display as washing when it has moved on to spin cycle. As I figure this out I think I will be much happier with my purchase. However when you try to phone for some guidance, or access chat for guidance you are put into automaton hell.
