Does not work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I used it it ended up in the middle of my laundry room, and has not worked since. I have not been able to get any assistance from the warranty number. We had to disconnect the washer and have not used it since. Please help!!!!

Owner's manual could be more specific

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model about a month ago and still I'm trying to figure out the indications on the digital display. For instance why does it constantly display as washing when it has moved on to spin cycle. As I figure this out I think I will be much happier with my purchase. However when you try to phone for some guidance, or access chat for guidance you are put into automaton hell.

Great sensitivity for delicate washing

Squeeking sound

Bought this washer about 5 months ago. Works just fine, but a few days ago it started making this slight squeeking sound when you slowly turn the hub. Some what annoying. Other then that i works just fine so not sure i want to have a tech come over. Anything i can do to fix the problem. I'm sure it's just a little nothing to fix. Thank you. Luis Reyes
