[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're using pod style detergents, make sure to put them in first so they're less likely to get caught in with the laundry. Adding the pre-soak option also helps ensure the pods break down.

Crude, wobbles and failed after 10 months

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought washer and similar dryer 10 months ago. The washer worked OK but frequently vibrated and wobbled on same floor space as previous Whirlpool machine purchased 15 years prior.
After 10 months, machine stopped in mid cycle with door locked and no remedial action could get any way to open door or activate control panel. Not pleased!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This was replacing my 12 yr old LG washer so it was filling very large shoes to fill. The quality of the unit was ok, I don't like the soap dispenser, its very flimsy. Other that that I like the unit. Its very quiet, fast and does a great job.
