Not a reliable washing machine

This washer was installed in the brand new townhome I bought in 2020. This washer started to break down after just 6 months. We have had multiple call outs for this washer to be fixed and it seems to require repair every 6 months. Control panel replacement 3 times since 2020. Now it’s something else going wrong - the drum will no longer spin. I am tired of having these issues and I now find myself searching for a replacement and sending this one to landfill!!
I have never in over 20 years of owning a home had issues like this with a washer. It is totally unacceptable for a reputable brand like Whirlpool to sell such garbage! Not happy and won’t be replacing with another Whirlpool washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Drum sounds broken

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased with new condo. Machine is so loud when it spins it’s startling, and it thumps and shakes as though it’s not evenly placed but it is. Noise is disturbing. Drum sways as if broken. Machine was not overfilled or underfilled. I’m sorry I can’t post a positive review.
