[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only been using this product for a little over a month. As of today, the washer does a good job. I have heard other front loaders do not thoroughly clean clothes, so was a bit skeptical. So far it does clean my clothes, I make sure not to overload with too much clothing. Only time will tell if the quality of this product will stand the final test.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Happy to finally own a front load washing machine. Still getting use to all the features. Love the machine thus far.... does a great job of cleaning & is on the quiet side (my old top loader was a on the noisy side)... find myself looking for things to wash! Gave a 4-star rating because it is unknown at this time how well the machine will hold up over time.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer/dryer combo was put into my pre build. They work great for simple washer and dryer. They are stackable and fit neatly in the closet. They are pretty quiet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old washer broke Thanksgiving week. My local dealer did not have a front load Whirlpool in stock so we had to order one. It took three weeks to arrive. That meant I had nine loads of wash waiting so my new washer got a fast braking in. It works great except it seems to get out of balance and tends to walk out.
this came with a prebuild condo. Given the option, i'd have shopped for my own. My washer is 3 years old now, it leaks out the side from somewhere and through the sealing gasket in the front door. Alarms are constantly going off. The bulky items settings doesn't always seem to limit the spin cycle and causes the machine to slam around. the front panel display is glitchy and exhibits weird behaviour when some other error comes on. Just a real annoying piece of junk.
