(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great washer and dryer. I find the washing machine often comes in very often. Just cleaned the machine two weeks ago and the message is on again. There is only two of us so it isn’t like we have large loads of laundry. Otherwise I would have rated it 5/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with our new-build home, and so far it’s been working fine overall. My only gripe is that the cycles run long no matter what setting I choose — I’ve had it sit on “17 minutes remaining” for close to half an hour. The first couple of washes had a weird smell on the clothes, but I’m not sure if that was the washer or just our water. Otherwise, it’s been functioning well and I’m still getting used to how this model runs.
