Poor Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to have drum replaced after 15 loads. Can Not wash large load or large blanket, yet store demo had s large blanket in it!

I miss my old set... The Duet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit I liked my Whirlpool DUET team better. I find that the control pad is so sensitive and I find that with the options they have for washing it is very limited when it comes to a standard load. I mean if you could just adjust the time on a standard load.

Ive had this washer for 6 months.... already had a repair man out 3 times. Now its broke again. Cant wait to see how long it will take someone to get out this time. Last time i was without a washer for 4 weeks or more. It also flooded my whole laundry room. This is ridiculous. I will never buy whirlpool again.

Lemon of a machine

This is the worst washing machine I have ever bought. It vibrates so hard it moves all around. Also, having problems with it draining all the water out. If you put just a little too much soap it doesn't drain. Whirlpool has replaced this washer and it does the same as the first. It is a piece of junk. Whirlpool needs to be ashamed of their product.

Washer - does not drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 7 weeks and it has been very frustrating. Any time I wash a quilt or foot mat or mattress pad the washer does not drain and does not spin the items to drain them.
