[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with our new-build home, and so far it’s been working fine overall. My only gripe is that the cycles run long no matter what setting I choose — I’ve had it sit on “17 minutes remaining” for close to half an hour. The first couple of washes had a weird smell on the clothes, but I’m not sure if that was the washer or just our water. Otherwise, it’s been functioning well and I’m still getting used to how this model runs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted to try a stackable pair of machines. I have and thus far I love them!! I have been, like my parents, a loyal Whirlpool/Kenmore customer! The convenience for my space, and the ability to accommodate my busy family's needs has been a real win!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've just purchased a new home and all of our appliances are Whirlpool. I can't say enough about how good everything is.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this brand new with my home purchase. I have it set to run as cold water and it’s running as hot. Yes, the hoses are connected correctly. The washing time takes what seems forever compared to using my parents Speed Queen. I’d prefer that over this. All in all, it’s a brand new washer and it works (cleans my clothes) but I don’t know why it won’t wash cold.
