[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am overall happy with my purchase - however it is very loud on the spin cycle. Also, when I saw this machine on display on the store floor before purchasing - it included a drawer on the bottom of the unit - when mine arrived - no drawer!

Unbelievable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For 19 years I used an old washing machine that I inherited when I bought my place. I received a brand new “Whirlpool” and I was nervous, because the washing machine was doing all the work for me..it knew the load by sensing, I had the right amount of detergent and softener added and didn’t have to guess. It gave me exactly how long the wash would be so that I didn’t have to keep looking…and it was quiet. I love it!
