Completely dead within 3.5 years, do not buy!

Bad machine design, poorly built, do not buy! I purchased this washer 07/03/2019 and have had nothing but problems with it. Within the first year there was an issue with a part missing from it being built in the factory, which caused water to spray out on the inside during a load. This caused the control panel on the front to fail from water damage. Also have water constantly leak down the front and pool underneath the machine, from the poorly fitting laundry detergent tray. Now less than 3.5 years after purchase, the appliance control unit has also failed. Been through 2 Whirlpool washing machine's in the past 11 years - this brand is not what it used to be. We won't buy Whirlpool again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Squeeking sound

Bought this washer about 5 months ago. Works just fine, but a few days ago it started making this slight squeeking sound when you slowly turn the hub. Some what annoying. Other then that i works just fine so not sure i want to have a tech come over. Anything i can do to fix the problem. I'm sure it's just a little nothing to fix. Thank you. Luis Reyes

Great sensitivity for delicate washing
