Spinner Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not really liking this machine as it does not spin good.. a few times my clothes come out soaked and wont let it spin on its own without having to run a whole new cycle!
I dislike it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cleans well, but not enough spin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My clothes get sufficiently clean, but larger absorbent items, such as bath mats, do not get dry enough. Even after two cycles of extra spin on full spin speed they are too wet to put into the dryer.
The noise level is acceptable.

Very Efficient Washer!

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a great job for the 3 in my family. Easy to use and cloths come out clean. What was very disappointing was the delivery driver said he couldn’t put the washer and dryer on the stand drawers we had. That is very frustrating as we have no way to do that as these units are heavy. So, RT Moore who delivered gets a failing grade, just know they won’t put them on drawers.

We are in Canada. This Whirpool washer was included in our new townhome that was built 3 years ago. Now, the washer started leaking water from front buttom which damaged our mainfloor ceiling with huge watermarks. Can’t believe the washer’s lifespan is only 3 years. We will just replace this washer with Samsung or LG since the repair cost is going to cost us close to a new machine. It was good until a small problem starts to happening, then it becomes your nightmare. Attaching a video of the leakage. The leak is not from hose, door, or seal… it just drips from the buttom. I ran the machine to take a video but our original leakage literally soaked the entire carpet outside of the cabinet. We also had a Whirpool microwave with lots of problem that took us 2-3 months to start using it.. good luck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second whirlpool washer. We are hoping it lasts as long as our first one. The door is difficult for my wife to open and close. She says she is afraid she might damage it in the process.
