[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was included in my new home purchase and I absolutely love it. It is quiet and has many options to choose from depending upon my washing needs. So far, so good! My clothes are coming out very clean and there haven't been any operational issues at all.
Works great, but multiple issues in the first year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine to replace a previous Whirlpool Duet front loader my wife and I had had for around 17 years. For the most part, that machine only had a few minor issues (though I did have to replace the controller at around 5 years).
This machine, however, does not have the same build quality. The operator panel feels very cheap and the detergent loading drawer is flimsy. These issues I can look past (unfortunately most companies are trying to save on development by reducing cost to manufacture), but three service calls and a replaced controller within the first 14 months of ownership leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Very glad I purchased the extended warranty and I highly suggest anyone purchasing this model to do the same. This could have just been a little bit of a lemon starting out, but it could save you some cash on service calls.
It is working great now, but I definitely no longer see Whirlpool as our default appliance brand moving forward.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Maytag about 30 years ago. Then, moved out of state. That washer was amazing. Kept it maintained and it’s still working, for my sister-in-law. Had to get a new washer and it’s amazing. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I think I like it better than my Maytag! It’s easy to use, programming is a snap.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this washer 3 month ago and it is very quiet and smooth run uses just enough water and not a lot of detergent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is working well and seems to meet our needs. Like most items these days, the construction is lightweight so I am not too sure about durability and longevity.
