Very dissatisfied with our purchase

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Since purchasing this washer, we have had MANY washes with a very limited rinse cycle. The clothes still feel and seem soapy to the touch. and there are suds remaining in the tub.
And today, for the second time, the spin cycle wasn't sufficient. I had to run the load through second drain and spin.

I purchased it last year December, and the door switch didn’t work well, requiring a replacement under warranty, which I didn’t expect and was a bit disappointing. The Duet front load washer (our previous washer) was just fantastic, no troubles for 10+years until the very last day. I feel the spin speed was faster with Duet and clothe needed less time for drying.

Good washer
