Great features and silent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with my purchase! I’ve had trouble with my past machines at the time of spinning but know my clothes are almost dry at the time the cycle finishes and the fact that is SOOO silent, just love it!

Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful washer. It does a great job cleaning. The only problem i have is when the tub spins slow it hits the door. Not hard. I don't think that's right.
Is there anyway you can send me the 2 owners manual that came with the washer. I misplaced it.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer and found that it was easy to use and big enough for our large family’s laundry load. The thing I dislike about this model is the placement of the drain plug.

Don't bother with this one

We've had this machine less than two years and it now needs replacing. We've had nothing but problems since the day we got it - the drawer leaking, the door latch disintergrating, clothes coming out absolutely sodden, machine cutting out halfway through a cycle, and now both mold with a broken computer panel. I have never had these problems with another machine ever, and I am both fed up and out of pocket because the only response we get from anyone is "it's out of warranty" and even if we did want to try and fix it (which we have been quoted as costing more than a replacement washer) it's a three month wait for parts. Last time it was almost eight weeks we had to wait. I'm so done with this machine, so save yourself a TON of hassle and buy something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
