Great Experience so far.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Our new Whirlpool washer is very good and does a great job. Large capacity and easy use buttons. Some key items that need to be rethought. The drain plus really needs to be the front of the washing machine, not the back. We have them stacked and if we ever need access, it will be a real chore. Also, the functional buttons are useful however most run the washer for a long period of time. We like to be more efficient and use the quick cycle however this has the opposite issue in that it is very short and can't be adjusted for a long period. Aside from these issues, it would have gotten a 5 star rating.

Violent Spin Cycle - unable to use

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Has never worked properly - violent spin cycles - unit moves across the floor. Very heavy hard to stop when moving. After second service call waiting for new shocks and coils to be replaced in the new unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
