[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, efficient with many different wash selections. I would definitely recommend this model And the Whirlpool Brand. All of my appliances are Whirlpool and am completely satisfied with them all! Reasonable prices and great products!

Good washer but no front accessible filter!

Problem is ours has a dryer stacked on top and there’s no front accessible filter clean out on the washer which is very poor design. Whirlpool cheaped out! One has to take the dryer off, pull out the washer, remove the rear cover and reach underneath to clean the filter. I would not recommend it his model unless you have clear unobstructed access to the rear of the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer with Great Performance but lacks warranty

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I purchased new condo, this Washer and another dryer came in as a combo.
I love using this and so far maintained well accordingly.
In terms of the washing performance, there are several customized option which is all we need and want for everyday use.
However, after 22 months of use, drum starts to get loose inside and noise level is now irritable and looks like it will fail soon.
I saw it only has one year warranty where other competitors have longer on drum.
Once this fails, I will have to replace.
I love using this and so far maintained well accordingly.

Good machine but no front accessible filter!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Basic washer…works good. Problem is there’s no filter clean out on the front of the machine. Ours are stacked in a small closet and taking the dryer off and pulling out the washer to remove the back cover and clean out the filter underneath is a huge undertaking.

New washer not as good as previous Duet

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We replaced a 14 year old Whirlpool Duet washer with this model WFW560CHW washer. The touch controls and musical chime give it an upscale feel. However, the door gasket is quite tight and it takes more force than expected to latch the door. The Add a Garment feature only allows 2 minutes from starting a cycle to add any missed clothes. The manual says to clean the drain pump filter regularly, but on this model, it is completely inaccessible. The top, control panel and front panel including door must first be removed to get to the filter. With the old Duet, we just removed three screws and the lower front panel below the door came off, exposing the filter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
