Low quality, avoid this washer

Our home builder included this washer in our new home. We had several issues that were luckily repaired under warranty, but now less than 3 years after we moved in the main control unit has stopped working and needs to be replaced. There is only two of us, and we only do laundry every 2 weeks or so, so the usage has been low. The parts and labor will cost as much as a new washer and we’ve been told there is nothing whirlpool will do about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad washer that ruined my polyester clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new washer ruined 4 polyester tops that were my favorites at different times. I used delicate and cold cycle and still the washer pulls the threads out of these tops. I'll be calling the warranty hot line for someone to come out and fix this or replace it with a new one.
