Bad washer that ruined my polyester clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new washer ruined 4 polyester tops that were my favorites at different times. I used delicate and cold cycle and still the washer pulls the threads out of these tops. I'll be calling the warranty hot line for someone to come out and fix this or replace it with a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A total dud!

I’ve only had this for 2.5 yrs and it’s completely dead. Was professionally installed and only used lightly.
The LED screen started flashing intermittently and now won’t turn on at all. It makes noises and the door locks when plugged in but it’s a total loss after hardly any use at all. Very disappointed for such an expensive machine!
